1. About Kitas VIP
Kitas VIP is a private concierge service that helps foreign nationals prepare and submit Indonesian KITAS visa applications. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Kitas VIP" refer to the service, and "you" refers to the user or client.
Kitas VIP is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. Official visa filings are handled by licensed Indonesian immigration providers on your behalf. Our role is to coordinate documents, liaise with sponsors and immigration, and make the process as simple as possible for you.
2. Scope of service
The concierge service includes:
- Initial assessment and recommendation of the correct KITAS category.
- Preparation of required documents and the regulation visa photograph.
- Coordination with your sponsor (employer, institution, or, where applicable, Kitas VIP acting as local sponsor).
- Lodgement of the VITAS application through the official Indonesian eVisa portal.
- Daily case tracking and updates until the eVisa is issued.
- Accompanying you (where our network covers the city) to the in-country biometrics appointment.
- Handover of the final KITAS card and supporting documents.
The service does not include legal representation, tax advice, employment advice, property advice, health advice or any service not explicitly described here.
3. Your responsibilities
To deliver the service successfully, we rely on you to:
- Provide accurate, truthful and up to date information.
- Supply authentic documents. Fraudulent documents are grounds for immediate termination and referral to authorities.
- Respond to our information requests in a reasonable time.
- Travel to Indonesia within the time window shown on your eVisa.
- Attend the in-country biometrics appointment we schedule for you.
- Comply with all Indonesian laws and visa conditions after your KITAS is issued.
4. What we cannot guarantee
Indonesian immigration retains full discretion over visa approvals. We cannot guarantee that any particular application will be approved. We cannot guarantee specific processing times, since those are set by government offices. We cannot guarantee that visa rules, fees or categories will remain the same throughout your stay.
What we do guarantee is that we will prepare your application to the highest standard, lodge it through official channels, track it proactively, and communicate honestly about its progress.
5. Fees and payment
Our concierge fees are quoted per case based on the KITAS category, family size and complexity. Government fees (VITAS, KITAS, DKPTKA where applicable) are charged at cost in addition to the concierge fee. All quotes are confirmed in writing before any work begins. Payment terms are specified at intake.
6. Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel your application before work begins, we issue a full refund of the concierge fee. If you cancel after work has begun but before the VITAS is lodged, we issue a partial refund reflecting work completed. Once the VITAS is lodged, the concierge fee is non-refundable because the bulk of our work is already done. Government fees paid to immigration are not refundable by us under any circumstances. 7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kitas VIP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or personal injury. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the concierge fee you have paid us for that specific case.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false or fraudulent information or documents.
- Use the service for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to interfere with, probe or scan the Kitas VIP platform's security beyond legitimate responsible disclosure.
- Attempt to access another client's data or case.
- Use the service to facilitate visa fraud, human trafficking or any other criminal activity.
9. Intellectual property
The Kitas VIP brand, logo, website content, applicant flow design, source code and documentation are owned by Kitas VIP or our licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Facts about Indonesian immigration law are not owned by anyone, and we encourage clients to verify key facts through official sources.
10. Privacy and security
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy and protected by the measures described on our security page. These documents are incorporated into these terms by reference.
11. Changes to the service and these terms
We may update the service, its features and these terms over time. Material changes to the terms will be announced on the home page or by direct email for at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first addressed through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indonesia.
